目的 探讨药学服务应用于人工流产手术患者的效果。方法 前瞻性选取100例妇科人工流产手术患者，利用计算机生成的随机数字序列进行分组，分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组予以常规临床诊疗，观察组在对照组的基础上予以手术前后药学服务干预，比较两组干预效果。结果 观察组用药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1周观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(24.00%，P<0.05)。结论 药学服务应用于人工流产手术患者中可有效提高用药依从性，缓解术后疼痛情况，减少药物不良反应。
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical care on patients undergoing induced abortion.Methods 100 patients undergoing gynecological induced abortion surgery were prospectively selected.They were grouped according to the random number sequence generated by a computer and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine clinical diagnosis and treatment,while the observation group received pharmaceutical care interventions before and after the surgery on the basis of the treatment received by the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The medication adherence of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after surgery the visual analog scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can effectively improve medication compliance,relieve postoperative pain and reduce adverse drug reactions in patients undergoing induced abortion.
